Welcome to the new, redesigned online
system for the management
of job listings.
This section provides
user-supplied information on employment opportunities and
on individuals seeking employment. It also
includes openings for graduate studies, including graduate
fellowships and assistantships, as well as listing of those
seeking such opportunities.
The service is free to the members of the
Combustion Institute. There is a $50 charge for non-members and
organizations for the use of this service, payable in advance (MasterCard or Visa or check drawn on a US bank payable to The Combustion Institute).
The following procedure applies to
this system:
- Each listing is limited to one
page. Additional information should be given on the user's own homepage
linked from the listing.
- The names and telecommunication
numbers of those seeking empolyment but prefer to remain anonymous in their posting
can be obtained from the Pittsburgh Office through
the
posting
reference
number.
- All listings require approval by the
Combustion Insitute.
- All listing will be posted for a
period of six months. As a courtesy to other users of this system, the
coordinator should be notified immediately if the posting is no longer
effective, i.e. if the position is filled/canceled, or if the candidate
is no longer seeking empolyment. Failure to do so could jeopardize the
ability for future listings.
- The Combustion Institute or the
coordinator are not responsible for the accuracy of the listings.
